In a conversation with Fredrik Borlie we learn how Polestar managed to make full use of the offerings of SAP RISE by re-defining SAP ERP upgrade governance. At Polestar it is no longer a negotiation between IT and business when and how often their IT landscape is upgraded. Changing the entire organization to adopt a true cloud mindset has allowed Polestar to achieve shorter and more frequent upgrades. Thus realizing benefits of new innovations more frequently and much earlier than through traditional upgrade schemes.
