Last Episode was Part 1 of the Billy Chemirmir case, and retired Plano Police Lieutenant Doug Deaton didn’t hold back on how Dallas so-called leadership dropped the ball, allowing a psychopath to victimize the most vulnerable, killing at least 22 elderly women between 2016 and 2018. If it hadn’t been for survivor Marty Bartel and the tenacious detectives at Plano Police Department, Chemirmir might still be killing people today.
