I'm a licensed dietitian, certified personal trainer, and an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Exercise Physiologist. I also currently teach nutrition at Miami Dade College. We talk about Sarah's journey to carnivore and discuss the education of registered dieticians.
