By dedicating yourself to this practice every evening, you can harmonize your body with the soothing rhythms of rest. Once comfortably settled into a peaceful posture, meditation guides us to a deep state of tranquility, empowering us to release the day and bestow upon ourselves the liberty to embrace sleep gracefully.
