In this podcast, I’m not going to be the expert. It’s an experiment for me, too, to help me achieve my own goals and motivate myself and you. I am simply going to experiment and gather, organize and simplify the information I know and the information and tips I learn and combine it all to inspire and help us achieve our goals & challenges.
