In the wellness world we do so many things; sometimes those things help, sometimes they hurt, and sometimes they make you shit your pants. I have done all three and will be talking to experts, novices, and folks in between about their relationship with all the strange things we do (or don’t do) in order to get the most out of life. Dana is an evidence-based nutritionist and mindful eating coach who wants to get to the bottom of this “feeling good” thing and sometimes feels like she has no idea what she is doing.
