According to the latest update, India has evacuated its 530 people from Sudan. Under the mission named 'Operation Kaveri ', evacuated Indians have been taken to the transit facility at Jeddah. After the first batch of 278 was evacuated using Indian Navy's INS Sumedha, Indian Air Force's C130J heavy-lift transport aircraft evacuated more Indians.
