How to use procrastination as a tool to get better at getting things done, instead of getting mad at yourself for procrastinating. [DD#10]

When we procrastinate, we tend to get mad at ourselves for procrastinating.

We think that getting mad at ourselves will get us back on track.

But the exact opposite is happening.

It increases our brain’s desire to procrastinate even more.

In this Daily Deposit I’m giving you a different and counter-intuitive approach.

That uses that moment of procrastination as a tool to uplevel.

To build the skill of following through.

To actually get back on track.

Every single time.

So that following through becomes your new normal.

Do you find yourself procrastinating - despite your drive and commitment to do great work?

Well, let me tell you - you DON'T need more willpower, discipline or a better planner to get things done.

Learn WHY you are procrastinating at focusedandonfire.com/dailydeposit - and learn how to STOP procrastinating and get really great at doing exactly what you said you were gonna do.
