Christel Khalil, who plays Lily Winters, will be taking a leave of absence due to her real-life pregnancy, which will inevitably affect the story arc for Billy Flynn's character, Cane Ashby.  Y&R spoilers indicate Lily's departure from Genoa City opens up new romantic possibilities for Cane, who had been hoping for a reunion with his ex-wife. As Lily leaves town, Cane could find solace and, potentially, love elsewhere. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), known for her capricious nature and flirtatious encounters with Cane, emerges as a probable romantic interest. Their relationship, albeit currently filled with playful banter and occasional disagreements, could escalate into something more serious in Lily's absence.  Spoilers for Young and Restless reveal Phyllis isn't the only potential romantic partner for Cane. Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), who has found herself ostracized from the community, shares a common bond with Cane, making her a potential love interest. Additionally, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), Cane's long-time friend and legal advisor, might also be a potential match. Amanda, who has been single since Devon Winters (Bryton James) cheated on her with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), shares a strong platonic bond with Cane, which could potentially evolve into a romantic relationship.
