Today, the Tour de France will pass the Côte de Bonsecours. It was on this climb, that Jean Robic - to the surprise of everyone - attacked to win the 1947 Tour. The Frenchman benefited of his rival being hated, but would become very disliked himself in the peloton. This lead to several incidents, including a big one with Raphael Geminiani. Raph, dunked his head in a bathtub during a press-confrence in the 1952 Tour.
