At ETSI Security Conference 2022, Philippa Jefferies spoke to Diego Lopez about Permissioned Distributed Ledgers and the work of the ETSI PDL group.  They discussed the benefits of permissioned distributed ledgers, including saving energy, the challenges of bringing this to a network service, and the role of smart contracts.
