I denne episoden snakker jeg (Fahim Waaler) Customer Success og kundeopplevelse med en av de råeste damene innenfor Customer Success i Norge, Julie Grønlund Customer Success Director i Visma Software Norge!


Julie begynte i Visma i 1999 som Partner Account Manager og er idag Customer Success Director. Hun har et sterkt kundefokus og du merker raskt på henne at kundeopplevelse og Customer Success står henne nært. Fra en av hennes første jobber som 14-åring på Shell, til jobben som kulturrepresentant i Disney hele veien til Visma har kunden alltid stått i sentrum for henne. I tillegg til å være øverste ansvarlig for Customer Success i Visma er hun gift, har 2 tenåringsbarn og bor på Snarøya i Bærum. Tidligere odelsjente og vokst opp på gård nå leder hun Customer Success arbeidet i Visma, sitter i strategisk ledergruppe og er ansvarlig for over 165 ansatte.
