I denne episoden snakker jeg (Fahim Waaler) Customer Success og kundeopplevelse med en svært interresant og dyktig profil innen CX (kundeopplevelse) i Norge, Joanna Carr!


Joanna jobber til daglig som CX konsulent i Allegro Kommunikasjon, i tillegg er hun Host i podcasten CX Podden og en av de mest velkjente profilene innen kundeopplevelse i Norge!


Fra å starte som 16 åring med å jobbe i butikk og jobbet seg oppover i flere spennende store brands som Estée Lauder, Rituals, Selfridges og Harrods i England har Joanna tatt med seg det beste tilbake til Norge.


Det er tydelig at kundeopplevelse og kundereisen er en stor del av livet til Joanna og det merkes også på måten hun etterstreber å skape gode "kundeøyeblikk" i sine interaksjoner med andre mennesker!
