Stunned by my first visit to Prime Produce 2 years ago, Prime Produce has continued to thrive and create cultural impact in Midtown New York, Hell’s Kitchen. It is a community event space, library, material bank, co-working space, and much more to come. Board director Yuko told me: "When it comes to running a cooperative, instead of looking for like-minded people, look for people with different perspectives. We can grow our perspectives together and challenge ourselves."
