This chilling tale is the stuff of nightmares. Indeed Smith dreamt this one night and quickly wrote it down for us all to enjoy. Not much is known about Smith other than he was born in Liverpool in 1881, served in WW1 and that he lived in Scotland. I would love to know more about him so if you have any clues, contact me.
