The Museum of Indian Arts and Culture (MIAC) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a leading cultural institution dedicated to telling the stories and the histories of the Indigenous people of the Southwest—from their own perspective. Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, MIAC staff has continued to support, collaborate, and partner with our local communities. In our “Meet the Artist” podcast series, host and assistant curator Lillia McEnaney speaks with different artists about their work and the impact the pandemic has had on their practice, giving listeners a glimpse into the ways in which COVID-19 is reshaping the Native art world. Music provided by Jacob Shije from Santa Clara Pueblo. This podcast is generously supported by the Henry Luce Foundation.
