Today, we’re stepping into the kitchen to take a brand new cookbook, in this case, Umma by Sarah and Nam Soon Ahn, and rather than spending a full week with it, we’re essentially doing a speedrun: reading the whole book cover to cover and then picking a couple dishes to make for dinner. In fact we already did it yesterday, and we hope you enjoy it! *P.S. Sorry for the mispronunciations!*
