As Elliot and Carl attempt to downplay the events of their last mission when debriefing with Conner, carefully concealing the ancient book they’ve uncovered. Sent off on a new mission, they make a stop at the Garson logistics building, where their former professor, Harper, helps them unlock secrets within the text a book written in the ancient Atonian language. Armed with newfound knowledge, they push on to a northern town near Morlandia’s border, only to be met with an unexpected ambush. Surrounded by Morlandian forces, they must now rely on each other and their growing skills to survive the attack and uncover who is behind the assault.
