They are starting with a $12,700 grant pool and individuals are rewarded with the cooperative patronage token for their participation. The local Bloom hubs also receive a portion of the flow tokens based on the participation of their community members. The grants pool is distributed based on the flow tokens earned by individuals and local hubs. Bloom Network is structured as a federated DAO and operates as a cooperative.
