Marcus Schmalbach (MBA / PhD), is Founder and CEO of RYSKEX, headquartered in New York City, USA. He has a longstanding experience in risk and insurance management in various industries. Before the founding of RYSKEX he was Head of German MBA program located in Munich, Germany. He is still working as an Associate Professor of Blockchain and AI at ESCP Business School, Berlin on innovation matters with a research focus on parametric solutions, blockchain technology and deep learning (AI). Marcus also worked for Allianz SE, Marsh & McLennan Companies and completed his doctorate on captive insurance companies in cooperation with Munich Re America, in New York City.
