Xavier and the community are a time machine. It's the friend's house from your teenage years where everyone's bike is thrown on the front lawn and their parents don't care or are always out of town.
Inside everyone is communicating using quotes and references from their favorite/one of their favorite TV shows (Xavier) and movies, among other cultural references from your mid to late teenage years. Most importantly but unrelated to the analogy...the people I've communicated with and interacted with most in Xavier seem to share my moral compass and abide by the golden rule of treat people how you want to be treated. Maybe some of the above things or combination thereof tie together.
Its simply part of being an 80s or 90s baby / growing up in that era...we're all a bit more intuitive or higher EQ for whatever reason. Interesting to think about as far as PBAs as a whole. Something there / fun talking point idea for the future. Xillions.org mentions this.
