Who is Romina Muhametaj ?
Romina Muhametaj, is the founder of Six 7 Radius and host of RM Podcast FL. At the same time, she attends Florida State College at Jacksonville where she studies B.S. Business Administration and holds the President Chair for FSCJ-SHRM Student Chapter. She moved to America at just 17 years old by herself intending to pursue her American Dream and her accomplishments talk about her stubbornness on her goals continuously.
Six 7 Radius LLC., is a consulting firm that helps companies gown by building one of a kind leadership and marketing strategies. With the right guidance, the company can strive no matter the external environmental factors, and that is what the Six 7 Radius does. Romina helps her clients by overlooking their PR presence making sure the company’s culture is well represented, focusing on the right leadership development, teaching negotiation skills to increase sales and revenue, as well as building long-term successful processes for the company. She comes from a sales and marketing background where she worked on B2C and B2B campaigns as a marketing project manager and sales leader.
RM Podcast FL launched mid-2019 and keeps growing every day. The listeners come from 44 countries. On her podcast, she interviews professionals of different careers and asks them fundamental questions on how one can overcome career and life obstacles. Her goal is for the audience to learn at least one new thing per episode so they can take that knowledge and apply it to their lives. Podcast guests come from different fields, that being hostage negotiating, award-winning film directors, HR directors, attorneys, TEDx Talk speakers, and more.
Romina has serves as the President for Florida State College at Jacksonville Society of Human Resource Management since April 2018. Under her leadership and marketing strategies, the chapter was able to increase the membership roaster by 67% and exceed expectations by marking a record of 60 attendees per event compared to the previous record of 23 attendees. While working closely with the chapter advisors and rebranding the chapter’s marketing strategy she was able to help FSCJ-SHRM Student Chapter receive the highest student chapter award, Superior Merit Award, on SHRM’s global conference on Las Vegas in 2019.
