On October 20th, 2023, a young indigenous man would go missing in a heavily wooded area in western Washington. Friends, family and community members would spend the next few weeks organizing searches for him where his cell phone last pinged before going silent. This is the ongoing missing persons case of Brandon Adams.
If you have any information on the disappearance of Brandon, please contact the Mason County Sheriff's Office at 360-426-4441 or call 911 to report any potential sightings of him.
You can join the “Let’s Find Brandon” facebook group where most of this information is sourced from at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1036400821042278.
If you are in the area and you want to contribute to the search, please follow the fb page and only offer your help if you have skills in search and rescue or are very familiar with the terrain and surrounding area. In 1935 a young man was found bound, beaten and tortured in an upscale Kansas City hotel. With each step of the investigation, police become more and more baffled. How was his room locked from the outside while he lay dying on the inside, and yet no one was seen coming in or out of his room? Why was there no record of him anywhere police looked? What does a mysterious note of "Love forever, Louise" mean? And why was his mother receiving strange letters from Cairo, Egypt? This is the baffling unsolved case of Roland T. Owen aka Artemus Ogletree.

Only a year later, in October 1982, another woman was killed in an eerily similar fashion. Police would be without answers for 41 years, until familial DNA finally solved at least one of these murders. The other, however remains unsolved.
