Joining Meisha to share her traumatic story is Samantha Brown (@samanthalouisebrown_).
Sam started CrossFit when she met her partner Zack around 4 years ago after getting injured as a track athlete; she did this for 12 years and competed in 400m hurdles.
They decided they were going to try for a baby at the beginning of this year but found out they were pregnant in November last year and unfortunately, miscarried. It took around 5 months for her to have a complete miscarriage. Sam shares the details of her experience from start to finish.
Sam is now a happy and healthy 27 weeks pregnant and also talks about her pregnancy experiences, opinions and training from the beginning to now to post pregnancy wishes.
