Kat has combined over 11 years clinical experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and 3 years with a specialist interest in women's health, with her experience as a trainer, coach, athlete and mum to create her business Hatch Athletic.
Meisha and Kat discuss her experience of competitive CrossFit to training in pregnancy and how both led her to the creation of the research led Hatch Athletic blog, programs and community that understands the nature of high intensity sport, but also the pregnant and postpartum body.
