The podcast for the first time or new fit mum who’s looking for reassurance and guidance about training throughout their pregnancy.


When Meisha began to try for a baby, she wanted to understand the possibilities of (or lack of) training whilst pregnant and realised that there wasn't one, go to place for new mums to explore and educate themselves about any do's or don't's.

As well as following her personal pregnancy journey whilst aiming to maintain her intense, CrossFit training, Meisha will host athletes, coaches and even an ex-midwife to share their wisdom of training throughout pregnancy.

Now 12 weeks pregnant, Meisha is again joined by ex-midwife Charlotte to conclude her first trimester with chat of her 12 week dating scan, trolling of pregnant women who train and a very exciting revelation about new studies concerning training in and post pregnancy. A MUST listen!
