Dr Natalie McEvoy StAR Research Lecturer in Critical Care nurisng at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) joins us today to talk about her nursing journey, completing her PhD and the journey from the bedside into fulltime academia. Natalie became chairperson of the Irish Association of Critical Care Nurses (IACCN) in January 2024 and she shares with us the great work the IACCN are doing and why all critical care nurses should join!
