Drinking: The Royal Hawaiian

1.5 oz. Empress 1908 Gin

1 oz. pineapple juice

.5 oz. fresh lemon juice

.5 oz. orgeat syrup

Pineapple slice

Shake all ingredients except gin with ice. Strain into collins glass with crushed ice. Layer gin on top. Garnish with pineapple slice.
