Chloé grew up in a bilingual and multicultural household in Lyon, France where she was influenced by both French and Korean cultures. She was particularly drawn to music and performance, instilled by her parents. Her adolescent years are marked by her learning to cook French pastries and traditional Korean dishes. She also started learning dance and performing arts, which later becomes her career.
