Hi my loves! Welcome back to a new podcast episode after my few-month-long hiatus from podcasting and social media! I'm sooo excited to be back with you all! Today I will be diving into how my recent burnout led me to see all the areas I was living inauthentically and showing up online with a false presence. This led me to taking a much needed hiatus from the business an socials, and in a turn of events I did not foresee, I began a deep journey of embodiment, feminine descent and leaning into radical authenticity.
