110. I am so thrilled to present to you this CREATRIX CONVERSATIONS with longtime client, fellow Creatrix, and multidisciplinary artist Gladys Abrahante. Gladys brings us fully into her heart and life story and shares nuggets of deep insight and wisdom from her healing journey over the past few years. We touch on healing from childhood trauma, religious trauma, the process of individuating into authenticity from conditioning, and how the therapeutic capacity of the expressive arts can really help heal and transform your life. On top of her work and mission as an artist, Gladys is a counsellor at Alfred University offering inclusive therapeutic care to economically and academically disadvantaged college students.
