Creativity Conversations with Ellonda Williams, episode 42. This was a fascinating conversation with Dr. Ellonda L. Williams. Ellonda is the Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) at B Lab, a non-profit organization that has a vision of an inclusive and sustainable economy that creates a shared prosperity for all. Ellonda works to create a healthy, inclusive, antiracist culture for all employees and oversees B Lab's JEDI strategies. For the past decade Ellonda has focused her professional work on development, equity and connecting resources to people who are underprivileged, under-represented and under-served. She has a BA in Human Services and Psychological Studies from U Pittsburgh, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership & Management from Strayer University and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership & Management from Capella University. Utilizing her research findings in conjunction with top research in the field, she developed a workshop, "Improving Bias and Micro-Messaging as Experienced by Women Leaders". Most recently, Ellonda is a recipient of a DiversityFIRST DEI Champions Award.
