Few things to remember
- Stick directly to the point by telling them what you want in the first two lines. You can continue your small talks in the next few lines(personally not a big fan of it)
- While mailing multiple people, make sure to check the names you're addressing. A lot of times we forget to change the name( I have done that mistake too)
- Be consistent :)
