In this solo episode, I’m sharing a bit of my own story—what it’s been like to find my way back to creativity in my mid to late 20s. I talk about the things that have helped along the way, like The Artist’s Way, morning pages, and learning to balance the softer and stronger parts of myself. I also reflect on how culture, upbringing, and ideas of “success” can shape the way we see creativity—sometimes keeping us from it entirely. This episode is really about remembering that creativity isn’t reserved for a chosen few—it’s something we all have access to. It can be healing, grounding, playful, and even powerful. And it gets to look different for everyone.
