Philip 'Philaye' Johnson is a 27-year old Black Film, TV Producer, Writer, Actor, Director from Detroit, Michigan. Based in Los Angeles, Philip creates films and shows primarily focused on bringing unique creative light to the Black LGBTQ+ community. With a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Philip has been building Philaye Films into a studio creating and producing Black, Queer shows and films. Philip is doing the work necessary to normalize and humanize the LGBTQ+ experience to reflect the reality.
