In addition to his role as Senior Director of Operations for International Programs at Pepperdine University, Charlie started The Joyfulness Project–a community-building effort and analysis of his doctoral research about joy.
Charlie’s passion for joy grew from a daily score in his journal as a teenager to his PhD dissertation topic 30 years and 150+ journals later. Now, he’s sharing what he learned with all of us while writing his own book about joy!
