Sadly, last month I lost my brother to suicide. Typically when this happens we don’t talk about it - but this stigma is exactly what breeds these situations. Because of this, I am personally committed to sharing what I have learned through navigating this experience and in this episode I provide practical solutions to prevent death by suicide, and care for those affected by it using my expertise in mental health.
This is part 2 of a 2 part series.
In this second episode, you’ll learn:
1) Important topics to educate yourself upon & resources you can use to assist you in creating safe, supportive & positive spaces for your loved ones, your colleagues and practices (including how to support someone with an addiction or who might be thinking of suicide);
2) 6 things you need to start implementing to support others with their mental health (some of these suggestions will be the opposite of what you think you should do - it’s important to understand what these are);
3) How to support the men in your life with their mental health & important considerations for men’s mental health (including why many romantic partners become the sole person their male partner confides in and why this often doesn’t provide adequate support for either person in the relationship - though it’s much better than saying nothing at all);
4) How to support your own mental health as a spaceholder, coach, therapist, facilitator, consultant or other professional working in the mental health, personal development and wellbeing industry; and
5) How to best support someone affected by suicide and be supported if you lose someone to suicide.
This episode has been recorded to raise awareness on suicide, and is highly recommended for all, particularly those of you who work in the coaching, mental health, healing, helping, personal development and therapy industry.

CLB 284: Dating in 2025 (My Top Conscious Dating Tips)
Most people are fed up with dating culture. It's time that changes - because to CREATE a romantic partnership with an amazing human like you - you need to date!
In today's episode I'm sharing super helpful tips on how to approach dating TODAY in a conscious, intentional, respectful and enjoyable way to move you towards a long-term romantic relationship with an amazing partner.
You'll learn:
1) How to use radical honesty to create consent & safety through the dating process;
2) Why I recommend a structured & slow approach to dating (and exactly what that looks like);
3) How to avoid physically & emotionally bonding to incompatible partners;
4) Why you're attracting people who want alternative relationship structures to monogamy (when a monogamous relationship is what you really want!);
5) When to self soothe attachment wounds vs listening to your body's intelligence during dating;
6) What your number 1 job is during the dating process;
7) What to get clear on before you start dating;
8) What qualities to look for in a partner and how to know whether someone is compatible;
9) How to step into AVAILABLE energy; and
10) Why you shouldn't date anyone with the intention to create a relationship and what intention to approach dates with instead.
These are all tips I have learned and refined through years of supporting my clients AND MYSELF through the dating process. Pass this episode onto any friends in your life dating right now - they will thank you!
