Welcome to my first actual podcast episode where I speak about my experience with international roommates. It was a great year with the two lovely girls, and I just wanted to discuss about some of the interesting things and facts I learned about them. It isn’t based solely on them but most are from them or the connections I made from the two. I met a lot of international students from different parts of China, and everyone was different. I soon realized within my semester that some assumptions and quick judgments I made were not representative of the students at all. There were some great and nice people that didn’t flaunt their wealth. I soon realized that they were like any other college students looking to improve and better themselves. It was a great year and a great learning moment. I know I didn’t go into great depth, but you know gotta leave something for my own mind lol. I missed out on some stories about language problems and cute boys, but maybe that will be another day. 😁😁😁Thank you for coming by and listening to crazylily.
