
ANXIETY LAND has a new sheriff in town. We discuss in this episode how recognizing different sensations in my body or thoughts in my mind as clues that I have entered "Anxiety Land". We recognize Anxiety Land as a place that, on its own, is similar to the Wild West. Lawless and chaotic. I talk about how I worked with my therapist and a process of trial and error to develop RULES for Anxiety Land. I personify these rules as a "sheriff" who is tough, but ultimately has my best interest at heart.
