"Death Penalty" is one of the leading topics on the tongues of Trinidadians. Will Jay Chandler face death? It's up to their government to decide whether they will rid this law from their constitution, or uphold it. Jabber, a group's co-executive director pleads to the Trinidadian government to re-examine this constitution. He said, " It's imperative that the government now take the necessary measures to ensure that a punishment that they themselves accept to be cruel and inhumane is removed."
