Jennifer is retired military, who when she came back to civilian life was completely lost.
She had a passion to help veterans with their PTSD and ended up on a journey across the United States Visiting different wellness centers, retreats, and nonprofits to do research to create her own brand.
Now she calls herself, the inner edge, travel agent, and she empowers and educates people, so they can have a solo psychedelic journey.
She calls these journeys, a celebration of self, and is very intentional and ritualistic about what she teaches you .
This episode is filled with tons of information about different levels of dosages, what you can expect at those levels, what happens to your brain when you take psychedelics and how it can help with your shadow work.
