We’ve covered coffee beans themselves, but we never actually talked about the end result. Sure, a lighter roast will have slightly more caffeine, and a darker roast tends to be more bitter. But now.. .what is a coffee? Is it a latte? Is it a cappuccino? It is a drip coffee? Spoiler alert: it’s all of them!
