In Ep. 23 of the series, the Research Associate of the School of Law and PhD cand. in international law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Dimitrios Kourtis discusses with Dr Ntina Tzouvala, Senior Research Fellow at the ARC Laureate Program in International Law (University of Melbourne) and a founding member of the Editorial Collective of the TWAIL Review, about the contribution of critical international legal scholarship, and especially TWAIL (Third World Approaches to International Law) scholarship, in assessing, analysing, and theorising both the consequences of the current crisis and the imprint of the pandemic on international organisation and its building blocks, i.e. the various international actors.
