Today, I’m joined once again by my father as we celebrate a monumental milestone—his return home after weeks of uncertainty, two planned procedures, and an incredible outpouring of support from so many caring hands.
In this heartfelt conversation, we lay bare the ways faith has carried us through both the darkest and brightest moments. We give thanks for the countless nurses, doctors, techs, nutritionists, drivers, and every single person who stepped into our journey and made a difference. We celebrate not only recovery, but also the resilience of the human spirit, the warmth of family, and the hands of God guiding us at every turn.
We’re taking it back to the basics—thanking God not just for Friday but for every moment, every breath, and every blessing. This is an episode about recognizing how truly fortunate we are, especially when we realize that the things we often take for granted are blessings so many others pray for daily. We get real about gratitude, vulnerability, and the importance of leaning on each other—whether times are good or bad.
