On this episode, I have a guest who I've wanted to record an episode with for about a year now, so this feels like a full circle moment. Today's guest is Simran Nanwani, and we talk about all things gut, digestion, intution and energy related.

Through chakra cleansing, aura clearing, and energy balancing, she facilitates the release of blockages, emotional traumas, and negative patterns, promoting holistic well-being.
She is also a certified Access Bars Facilitator, trained in this powerful modality that involves gently touching specific points on the head to facilitate the release of limiting beliefs, stress, and mental clutter. Access Bars sessions offer deep relaxation, mental clarity, and expanded awareness, enabling individuals to create positive shifts in their lives.
