About Shervin:
Shervin Boloorian is from Iran/UK/USA, and launched Bali’s first sound healing events program in 2012, which has since served tens of thousands of guests in over 13 countries worldwide. He is a celebrated vocalist, live natural music artist, certified sound practitioner (2011-2018) and accomplished sound healing teacher-trainer.
Shervin combines musical skill and heart opening vocals as “sound medicine” for deep relaxation, peace and connection to the unseen world. He is also a recording artist; releasing his third album, “I Hear You, Mother Earth” on April 22, 2020 in response to Covid-19. His prior album, a collection of Rumi wisdom and Sufi-inspired songs, was endorsed by worldwide bestselling Rumi translator and poet, Coleman Barks.
With over 10 years of experience as a sound therapist , Shervin trained under Fabien Maman, one of the pioneers of modern sound therapy (becoming certified as a sound therapist through Tama-Do academy in 2011).
Shervin has been a featured presenter at Google offices in Singapore, MTV Europe and at various holistic festivals. He normally presents live music events and workshops at the Yoga Barn in Bali and leads multiinstrumental sound healing trainings and private sessions in Ubud, where he is based.
During our conversation, we speak about the power of sound, vibrations and the power of sound as an energy healing practice. We tap on how to use sound to connect with nature... Shervin shares some interesting insights about studies on the healing power of vibrations, he shares about his path and we speak about the frequencies and tones, and how sound is all around us and is our tool to dive into awareness.
