About Pablo:

Pablo Jenkins is founder and managing director of Andromeda and the Generative Futures Initiative. He has over 18 years of experience working with family offices on regeneative real estate, venture capital and angel investing in emerging markets

Pablo launched Intel Capital in Costa Rica in 2001 and became Intel´s youngest strategic investment manager. Pablo was Director of International Expansion for Endeavor Global in charge of expansion into the Middle East and Asia. Pablo co-created the Sustainable Investment Group in Brazil, with leading local family offices. Co-organized and curated TEDxPuraVidaJoven from 2011 to 2019.

He graduated with a BA from Princeton University´s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. He is also fellow Aspen Global Leadership Network since 2009. In 2015 he was selected as Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.

During our conversation we speak about the interdependence of the individual, with the society and environment. We tap into what we have currently created in our society and current systems thinking, where this mechanistic views and paradigm is born; we discuss ways interdependent systems would look like, our obstacles and opportunities. Pablo also shares insights on how to develop awareness and human qualities on ourselves, our leaders and on conscious businesses.
