This podcast is all about „conversations“ (you will find solo episodes and hopefully many conversations with wonderful, inspirational human beings), „calm“ which in this case stands for the guided meditations that I record and share here with you - and last but not least „clarity“, which describes the episodes where I share channeled messages with you.
My intention for this space is to be a safe space for anyone who finds their way here - and that you always feel like you´ll leave here with „more within“. More knowledge, more peace, more balance, more awareness, more calm or more clarity. In general, with more of something that is good for you and helps you shift your state to a better one. Because I deeply believe that we then radiate this energy out into the world and pass it on.
