On this episode, Robbie chats to Dr Clyde Ancarno and Professor Insa Nolte about Anthropology. Professor Insa Nolte is professor of African Studies at the University of Birmingham. Dr Clyde Ancarno is senior lecturer in Applied Linguistics & Education in the School of Education, Communication & Society at King's College London. Insa’s research focuses on the role of everyday life for the political and religious history of the Yoruba-speaking Southwest of Nigeria. Clyde’s research interests involve applying methods from corpus linguistics and discourse analysis in contexts including multilingual education, identity and peaceful relations, and the natural world. Clyde is on the committee of the BAAL Corpus Linguistics special interest group.
