There is a call over the Church to go and bring the good news to the poor. As the body of Christ, we are not called to be inward looking but outward looking. Which means we are to go and reach out to the world with the gospel and bring hope and deliverance to those in captivity. The church of Jesus Christ has always been called to be a missional church, a church that brings healing to the broken world.
